Last night I watched the Atlantic Council of the U.S. presentation, U.S. Policy Toward Iran C-SPAN session, on TV. The program description is shown next:
Members of the Atlantic Council’s task force on U.S. policy toward Iran talked about their new report examining Iran’s relations with other Middle East countries.
I found the panelists provided a well-informed discussion that is well beyond the talking points many mass media organizations cover for their audiences.
Barbara Slavin, Assistant Managing Editor Washington Times -> World and National Security was particularly impressive in her substantiated commentary. She’s been to Iran seven times and published several books on that nation.
