The Fun Side Of Writing A Book

Today's song is Everybody's Talkin' by Harry Nilsson, released in 1968.

I didn't want to leave the impression from my previous home page that the process of writing a book isn't fun. It is a lot of fun! I get to decide which stories become added to the content and how to arrange that information into an interesting flow.

Some of my friends that have written books are already on the second, third, or tenth book. I'm just a mere beginner in their eyes. I don't know how many books are in me, however I once asked myself that same question about how many art images I thought I could create back in 1997. The answer is as many as I feel I need.

I came across this link to create the main image above. I immediately knew what book I would suggest to write for beginners--storytelling. America has way too many people who keep things to themselves, but talk about everyone else. Why not turn that cycle around? My fantasy book above could do just that! ;-)

Of course, there is a serious side to me too. I'm interested in the access to the Internet remaining free from additional control and costs. I suggest you read this article for some of thoughts about keeping access open and free of commercial restraints.

It's in every Internet user's interest to be aware of the attempts by various commercial bodies to drastically change the way people would connect to popular services accompanied by increased costs.
